On October 7, NMS successfully held its 4th Marketing Day event. The event featured a variety of activities, including parent-child interaction, book sharing, excellence awards, and a singing competition. It attracted more than 100 employees from the sales and after-sales service departments, along with their families, from NMS and its subsidiaries.
The event took place at the Tongyuan Gorge Scenic Area, known as the “Back Garden of Nanchang’s Leisure Tour.” Participants strolled through the picturesque scenery of “Six Mountains, One Lake,” enjoying the refreshing air and breathtaking views, which helped wash away any physical and mental fatigue. Strolling across the glass bridge over the lake, participants also interacted with animals in the parrot and peacock park, creating unforgettable memories. Children had a blast in the non-powered amusement park, while adults experienced the thrill of the glass water slide. Fun-filled interactive games like Gomoku, International draughts, and ring toss added even more excitement to the day.
After lunch, the event moved into the book-sharing session, focusing on the book “Profit.” Participants enthusiastically exchanged their insights and reflections on how to align knowledge with action through the company’s strong reading and learning culture. This in-depth discussion aimed at contributing to increasing profits and reducing costs, promoting both corporate and societal development. In the following awards ceremony, several honors were presented, including the “Outstanding Sales Team Award,” “Shining Sales Star Award,” “Craftsmanship Technical Elite Award,” “Heartwarming Service Star Award,” “Technical Support Star,” and “After-Sales Service Star,” to recognize the outstanding contributions of individuals and teams. These awards aimed to encourage continued hard work and inspire everyone to achieve even greater results, further contributing to the high-quality development of the industry and the enhancement of customer value.
As joyful songs filled the air, the 4th Marketing Day event came to a successful close. This event not only strengthened team cohesion and collaboration but also infused new vitality into NMS’s corporate culture. Looking ahead, NMS will continue to be committed to creating a “Model of a Happy Enterprise,” working hand in hand with all employees and their families to write an even more brilliant chapter together.
