NMS Helps De’an Nanfang New Material 9.8 Million t/a Fine Aggregates

History is the essence of a city, and city construction also highlights its character. Superior aggregates and manufactured sand made by De’an Nanfang New Material Co., Ltd. 9.8 Million t/a Fine Aggregates have contributed to the construction of this one-thousand-year-old city.

De’an Nanfang New Material Co., Ltd. (DNNM) was founded in 2020, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of New Tianshan Jiangxi Cement of China National Building Material Group Co., Ltd. (CNBM) In November 2020, DNNM won the mining right of limestone ore for building stones in Fenglin Baiyuling Mining Area, De’an County, Jiangxi Province, and the annual output was 9.8 million tons of aggregates. This project is the first batch of provincial key projects in Jiangxi Province in 2021, and also a key project in De’an County. It is constructed by Sinohydro Bureau 9 Co., Ltd.

As one of the important layouts of CNBM in the aggregates in Jiangxi, De’an Nanfang aggregates always adheres to green development and is committed to creating a benchmark for green mine, smart mine, and ecological green factory. The production line adopts wet type, and sand and aggregates adopt an intelligent, energy-saving, and eco-friendly production process of primary & tertiary crushing, VS shaping, mechanical screening & sand-making and recycling.

The production line adopts 40 sets of high-performance, energy-saving and efficient large-scale equipment manufactured by NMS, including 3 sets of HPF2060 grizzly feeders, 3 sets of JC2000M jaw crushers, 4 sets of HS1523S impact crushers, 4 sets of VS1500R vertical shaft impact crushers, 2 sets of CC600MF cone crushers, 8 sets of 2YKR3075H circular vibrating screens, 4 sets of YKR3075H circular vibrating screens, 8 sets of 3YKR3060H circular vibrating screens, and 2 sets of 3YKR3675H circular vibrating screens, 2 sets of 2WCDS1118 spiral stone-washing machines, a three-level crushing system consisting of jaw crusher, impact crusher and cone shaping.

The project adopts a flexible production process, and the types and proportions of products can be flexibly adjusted according to market demand. By shaping and adjusting the grading of coarse aggregates, superior aggregates and manufactured sand can be produced. At present, there are four types of finished products like 5-10mm, 10-26mm, 26-31mm superior aggregates and manufactured sand.

Since the operation in September 2022, NMS equipment has been running smoothly, producing clean, mud free, pure bluestone white Yunling sand and aggregates, which is easy pumping and reducing the use of concrete cementitious materials and additives. It becomes the designated materials for the Four Renovations and Eight Expansions of Nanchang-Jiujiang Expressway, and continuously provides superior, green and eco-friendly sand and aggregates for surrounding areas such as De’an, Jiujiang and Nanchang, assisting in city construction.
