NMS Implements 2022 Quality Month

“Quality is the foundation of company and country, which is related to the well-being of people’s livelihood”. On the occasion of the 20th National Congress of CPC, in order to continuously and comprehensively improve quality awareness of employees and enhance the cohesion and market competitiveness of NMS, on October 17, NMS held a mobilization meeting for 2022 quality month, marking the beginning of the event. Gong Youliang, President of NMS attended it.

President Gong said that whether an enterprise can survive in the industry for a long time depended on quality. Since its establishment, NMS has taken production quality as the foundation of survival and development, and is committed to meeting customer’s high requirements with superior quality. In recent years, NMS has deeply carried out quality improvement. By strengthening the quality supervision of upstream raw materials, constantly improving quality management system, enhancing inspection pass rate, implementing lean improvement proposal to tap employee’s wisdom, vigorously promoting craftsmanship spirit and other ways, continuously optimizing product quality and improving the quality management.

He hoped to take the annual quality month as an opportunity to guide all staff to firmly establish quality first, promote implementation of various measures to accelerate quality development, comprehensively improve quality management of the enterprise, lay a solid foundation for the production of high-quality products, continue to create value for customers with high-quality products and services, and provide solid support for the high-quality development of the enterprise.

Liao Jianqiang, Director of Quality of Production & Delivery Center, stressed at the conference that we should go out more, listen to our customers, understand their real needs, improve in combination with their feedback, carry out self-inspection and self-correction, and strive to avoid problems in advance. Our quality awareness should keep up with market changes, change with customer requirements, and adhere to high standards and strict requirements to ensure high quality. Only when everyone pays attention to quality, can we build a solid quality. It is hoped that through the implementation of quality month, NMS people will participate in the event, which will set off an upsurge of building a strong quality in the enterprise.

It is understood that this event will be held from October to December, with the theme of “building quality culture, carrying forward craftsmanship spirit, and building an international brand”. During the event, a series of activities such as physical quality review and quality tackling will be held to continuously create a good atmosphere in which NMS attaches importance to value quality, pursue quality and care about quality, so as to make the quality awareness deeply rooted in employee’s heart.
