Recently, Nanchang Mineral Systems Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “NMS”) has successively loaded and delivered large-scale equipment for the 10M t/a waste rock comprehensive utilization project in Luoyang City, Henan Province.

Arrival of equipment at project site

The raw material of the project is superior granite or gneiss, and the proposed mining and processing scale is 10M t/a. It is one of the largest hard rock aggregates processing projects in Henan Province. The project has purchased 63 sets of crushing and screening equipment from NMS, including 3 sets of grizzly feeders, 3 sets of JC jaw crushers, 6 sets of CC single cylinder hydraulic cone crushers, 4 sets of VS impact crushers, 19 sets of vibration screens and 28 sets of vibration feeders. The processes of the project are three-stage crushing plus one-stage shaping or sand making, which can be flexibly adjusted to produce all kinds of fine aggregates and manufactured sand to meet the market requirements, providing superior aggregates for the urban construction of Luoyang, the sub-center city of Henan Province.
