In order to further accelerate the popularization and application of China’s metal mineral resources in solid waste treatment and resource utilization, understand the relevant major key theoretical and technical problems, expand the research scope of application foundation and engineering technology in related fields home and abroad, strengthen the communication and among enterprises, engineering companies, research institutes and equipment manufacturing enterprises, and promote the overall level of the industry, on May 14 to 16, the 3rd national solid waste recycling of metallurgical minerals conference was held successfully in Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province. Nanchang Mineral Systems Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “NMS”) attended it as co-organizer.
1. Conference
17 theme meeting venues were set up at the conference, which included academicians, leaders of associations and societies, well-known experts, scholars and enterprise representatives from relevant fields. They made special reports on the development of national relevant policies and technologies respectively.

Zhao Bin, Deputy Chief Engineer of NMS, said in his speech entitled Application of New Crushing Equipment and Technology in Solid Waste Recycling that in recent years, the demand for sand and aggregates has maintained a high level, but the resource cost of aggregates has reached 30 or even 40 yuan/ton in some areas. It is understood that China’s accumulated stockpile of tailings and waste rock is nearly 60 billion tons at present. On the one hand, there are expensive mining rights of sand and aggregates, and on the other hand, there are a large amount of tailings and waste rock. In this case, it is the general trend to use waste rock of metal mine to manufacture sand and aggregates. NMS crushing and screening equipment has been applied in many manufacture sand and aggregates projects of metal mine waste rock, helping waste mine turn waste into treasure.

Simultaneously, under this circumstance, in order to design a more optimized process of manufacturing sand and aggregates projects of metal mine waste rock, NMS Swedish R&D Center specially developed FlowSheet Designer process design software. Based on NMS product application database and raw material physical processing characteristics, the software can replace the original manual calculation and can be used in the simulation calculation of crushing and screening systems in common mines with higher accuracy, and the estimation is 90% higher for efficiency. Combined with the use of NMS high-performance equipment, it will provide better service for customers and bring great economic benefits.

The exciting lucky draw pushed the atmosphere to a climax. NMS presented the winners with prizes such as tea purchased from poor households. Although tea is light, the kindness is deep. 3. Visit
On the afternoon of 16th, the guests came to NMS in batch for a visit. The certificates and old objects in the exhibition hall told the guests more than 50 years’ development of the enterprise. The spacious and bright workshops, organized workers, huge and powerful new equipment showed the strength of NMS to the guests.
With completion of the visit, the conference ended successfully.
