NMS Successfully Holds 2024 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference and 2025 New Year Gala

On January 19, NMS successfully held the 2024 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference and the 2025 New Year Gala with the theme of ” Enhance Quality, Reduce Costs to Build a Solid Foundation, Innovate with Intelligence to Open a New Chapter ” amid laughter and joy. This event was not only a reflection on the hard work of the past year, but also a vision for the future and a firm belief in the new journey ahead.

On the day of the event, Li Shunshan, Chairman and President of NMS, delivered an enthusiastic speech. He pointed out that in recent years, China’s economy has continuously progressed on the path of high-quality development. Despite the complexities and challenges of both the external environment and internal transformation, NMS has consistently maintained its resilience. Chairman Li admitted that the company is currently at a pivotal moment—one that is both challenging and promising. The challenge lies in whether the transformation can be successfully achieved, while the promise lies in the solid material foundation and conditions we have for further development, including the successful listing on the capital market and the strong groundwork laid for the “Three Transformations and One Optimization” strategy. He emphasized that the achievements made in 2024 fully demonstrated that NMS’s business philosophy and strategic direction are correct. He firmly believes that as long as everyone unites, NMS is confident it will become the quality benchmark, a model of happy enterprises, and an internationally recognized brand in China’s mining machinery industry.

Chairman Li Shunshan also expressed his sincerest gratitude to all staff and employees for their hard work. He pointed out that it was not easy for everyone to take time out of their heavy production tasks to prepare a wonderful New Year party. Finally, he wished everyone good luck, good health and family happiness in 2025.

At the party, wonderful programs were performed one after another. All employees of NMS sang “Singing the Motherland” to express the love and blessings for the country; the song “The God of Wealth’s Fortune Dance” brought joy and good luck to everyone; the chorus “Song of Innovation”, the solo “Roll Up Your Sleeves and Work Hard”, the recitation “We Are in Action to Improve Quality, Reduce Costs and Increase Efficiency”, and the quick-paced “Eight Themes to Remember” showed the spirit of NMS people to be innovative and daring to fight; the solo “NMS Love Song” and the chorus “Great China”, “The Country”, and “As Wish” expressed the deep friendship with NMS and infinite love for the motherland; the skits “The New Legend of the White Snake” and “Who Killed the Order?” and other light-hearted and humorous programs made everyone feel the cohesion and centripetal force of the team in laughter; dances such as “The Legend of the Fatal Wolf”, “Dancing the Future”, and “Welcome to the New Year Dance Medley” showed the versatility and youthful vitality of the NMS people. Finally, all employees sang “Song of NMS” to push the party to a climax.

In the commendation session, NMS recognized outstanding teams and individuals in the five key areas: “Technology NMS”, “Quality NMS”, “Service NMS”, “International NMS”, and “Efficiency NMS”, with both group and individual awards. The awarding of these prizes is not only an affirmation and encouragement for the winners but also an inspiration and motivation for all employees.

In addition, NMS also awarded various prizes for the 3rd Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition, the Grand Prix for the Listing Anniversary Promotion Ambassador, and the 2024 TCC Awards to recognize teams and individuals who have made outstanding contributions to corporate culture and TCC construction. During the event, the lucky draw and red envelope distribution sessions brought the atmosphere to a climax. Every winner was filled with a happy smile and felt the care and warmth of NMS.
