NMS Shines at Yulin Coal Expo with High-end Equipment and Smart Solutions

From September 13 to 15, the 18th Yulin International Coal and High-end Energy Chemical Industry Expo took place in Yulin. This event was jointly hosted by the Yulin Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Yulin Municipal People’s Government, and the Shaanxi Council for the Promotion of International Trade, among others. NMS was invited to participate in the exhibition.

As an annual event with international influence in the energy sector, this year’s Yulin International Coal Expo was themed “A New Era of Energy, A Low-Carbon New Yulin.” The exhibition featured six main sections: High-end Energy Chemistry, Smart Digitalization, Large Equipment, New Energy and New Materials, Comprehensive Image, and International Pavilion, covering a total area of 85,000 square meters. The event comprehensively showcased cutting-edge technologies, large equipment, and intelligent integrated solutions in the domestic and international coal and energy chemical industries.

NMS stood out at the Expo, with its key product—the large MLS3073-L box linear screen—becoming a highlight of the event. This equipment is designed for high-load classification, high-speed dewatering, and desliming operations in industries such as metallurgy, coal, and mining. It can be used for wet or dry screening, with a classification particle size range of 0.25-50mm and a screening surface area of 22.4 square meters.

The MLS3073-L box linear screen features a VB box vibrator with high excitation force and high throw acceleration, and it is equipped with SKF or FAG bearings. The double-sealed labyrinth and mechanical dust-proof system enhance reliability. The screen frame has high structural strength, and the screen amplitude can be adjusted by adding or removing counterweights. It operates with low noise, high reliability, and easy maintenance. The vibrator uses a precision-cast ductile iron housing, and a magnetic plug can absorb iron filings during operation to keep the housing clean. The motor base is designed with a screw-lifting structure for easy motor height adjustment, improving motor efficiency. This device was highly praised by attendees for its outstanding performance.

During the event, NMS demonstrated its intelligent operation and maintenance platform, along with comprehensive smart service solutions, showcasing the company’s innovation in digital transformation. NMS’s intelligent operation and maintenance platform is built on the Rockwell Industrial Internet of Things (IIOT) technology and provides services such as real-time equipment data collection, equipment status monitoring, remote maintenance guidance, lifecycle management, intelligent analysis of operational data, and predictive analysis. These services offer digital delivery and integrated maintenance, helping customers reduce costs, increase efficiency, and achieve smart upgrades.

Additionally, NMS New Technology Material Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of NMS, also attracted significant interest from attendees with its MDI anti-blocking wear-resistant screen panels. The screen panels, with their high open area and high rebound design, effectively solve the problem of clogging during screening processes, significantly improving screening efficiency and extending service life. Their easy installation and replacement, along with customized design services, meet diverse needs in various working conditions, winning broad market recognition.
