To further enhance employees’ children’s understanding of their parents’ work environment, strengthen the sense of belonging and recognition within employee families, and inspire children’s creativity in painting, Nanchang Mineral Systems (NMS) successfully held the “NMS Eagles Enter the Factory” summer learning event on August 23. The event attracted dozens of enthusiastic children from the families of NMS employees and its subsidiaries.
Accompanied by their parents and guided by staff, the children embarked on an exciting exploration of the factory. They visited the company’s exhibition hall, production workshops, laboratories, and the intelligent operations center, experiencing the remarkable journey of the company’s development and the charm of modern industry. During a lecture on beneficiation knowledge, the children embarked on a fascinating journey of discovering how minerals are processed. Through simple yet engaging explanations and interactive Q&A sessions, the children learned about the basic concepts of minerals and beneficiation, the processing flow, and the application of related equipment. They also gained insight into the various uses of the processed materials and the relationship between mineral processing and environmental protection, leaving them with a profound understanding of the entire beneficiation process.
During the painting session, the children eagerly picked up their brushes and used their boundless imagination to bring life and color to the advanced equipment developed and manufactured by their parents. Some even vividly depicted the after-sales staff of NMS performing equipment maintenance on project sites. Each artwork not only reflected the children’s deep understanding and pride in their parents’ work but also showcased their vibrant energy and creativity.
As the award results for the painting session were announced, the atmosphere reached its peak. The winning children beamed with joy as they held their beautiful prizes, while those who didn’t win were also delighted to receive practical stationery gift sets. Everyone’s faces were filled with satisfaction and happiness. Amidst laughter and cheerful moments, the summer learning event came to a successful close.
