NMS Complete Equipment: Empowering the Green Production of the Zhejiang 1 Million T/A Pebble Project

Amidst the green mountains and clear waters of Zhejiang, the Oujiang River meanders gracefully. Along the banks, the irregularly shaped, hard pebbles are among the raw materials for the 1 million t/a aggregate project in Lishui’s Liandu District.

The raw materials for this project are primarily riverbank gravel, infrastructure excavation material, and mining excavation material. To address the varying sources of material, Nanchang Mineral Systems Co., Ltd. (hereinafter to as “NMS”) ‘s technical team meticulously designed a “Two-Stage Closed-Circuit + Shaping Sand Making” wet production process. This design ensures a compact, efficient production line with a small footprint and high automation level, effectively controlling investment costs. The specially designed production process not only guarantees the stability of product quality but also allows for flexible adjustments to product composition to quickly respond to market changes, enhancing the customer’s market competitiveness. Additionally, the recommended crushing equipment operates at suitable load levels, ensuring efficient daily production while providing operational flexibility for future capacity expansion.

After thorough communication and repeated comparisons, the client expressed full confidence in NMS Group. The entire production line utilizes NMS’s advanced equipment, including JC Jaw Crusher, MC Multi-Cylinder Cone Crusher, VS Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher, YKR Circular Vibrating Screen, ZKR Linear Screen, WCD Sand Washer, and HPF Bar Feeder. The project’s raw materials are fed into the jaw crusher for coarse crushing via the bar feeder. After multiple stages of screening, large particles return to the fine cone crusher for secondary crushing, while the remaining materials are processed by the vertical shaft impact crusher for shaping and sand making. After washing, 0-3.5mm manufactured sand is produced, and high-quality aggregate of specifications such as 5-16mm and 16-31.5mm can also be produced according to demand.

As the project gradually comes to fruition, NMS’s complete equipment will help the Lishui Liandu District aggregate project achieve green, efficient, and sustainable production goals. Once operational, the project will meet the urgent demand for high-quality sand and gravel in Lishui and surrounding areas, promoting regional ecological improvement and increased resource utilization.
