“Shareholders Are Coming” : Over 20 Investors Visited NMS

On June 28^th, the activity of “Shareholders are Coming”—Enter Listed Companies was held by NMS. NMS was visited by more than twenty investors led by Chen Xiaoxiao, General Manager of Business Department directly under Guoxin Securities Co., Ltd. Jiangxi Branch.

The visiting investors successively visited NMS’ exhibition hall, production workshops and intelligent O&M center. They looked back over half a century of NMS’ development history by old artifacts rich in profound historical elements and acquired knowledge on the manufacturing system of large crushing and screening equipment applied in mines in orderly production workshops and profoundly understood intelligent technology application functioning in improving mining efficiency and safety, lowering operation cost, and boosting the realization of sustainable development in mines. The visiting investors refreshed their understanding of NMS during this activity and expressed highly recognition of advanced technology, high-quality products and intelligent services.

On the exchange meeting, employees from securities affairs department of NMS gave a detailed introduction to NMS’ main businesses, competitive edges and future strategic development layout. During interaction, investors actively inquired and spoke enthusiastically. Director of securities affairs department and director of finance department answered these questions in detail and attained highly recognition by on-site investors.

The Investor Open Day boosted increases in corporate information transparency and strengthened communication between the multitude of investors and companies, investors’ understanding of NMS’ production and operation, and investors’ confidence in NMS’ future development.
