Another NMS’ Product Won a Provincial Award

Recently, Jiangxi Province Industry and Information Technology Department has released the list of 2023 Jiangxi excellent new products where MC600 multi-cylinder cone crusher independently developed by NMS won the third prize of “2023 Jiangxi Excellent New Product”.

MC600 multi-cylinder cone crusher is designed and developed as new product based on NMS’ R&D team’s elaborate and careful research and survey, digest of advanced foreign technology widely and efforts in combination with market demands and on-site application conditions. Compared with common crushers of the same specification, it has 15% higher capacity with the same discharge size or finer product size with the same capacity. It can replace certain old equipment nearly without changes in the foundation to help clients achieve goals including production increases, energy saving and environmental protection.

The equipment utilizes triple dust control design of flexible labyrinth sealing ring dust control, positive pressure dust control, and wiper ring dust control to better guarantee clean inner part, protect it and make it stable in operation for long; according to laminated crushing principle and abrasion characteristics of the liner plate, the chamber is designed as curved chamber to ensure the crusher has high capacity, high product quality and low abrasion cost; based on the traditional overload protection system with accumulators, it is upgraded and optimized to a dual overload protection system with accumulators and relief valves, which improves over-iron protection progress and over-load response speed, reduces the damage to the crusher caused by overload, lowers the probability of shutdown, and ensures the operating rate of the crusher. Furthermore, it is equipped with independent flow control hydraulic system, detachable multi-cover-plate assembly-structured modular protective cover, and horizontal shaft bushing and utilizes three channel lubrication design and spiral bevel gear which can achieve big torque and efficient input transmission. The gear transmits input more compactly and with lower noise compared with common tapered spur gears. It has acquired over ten related patents up to now.

A series of tests in the factory and industrial tests show that NMS’ MC600 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher has indicators all equal to counterparts of imported equipment including process capacity and crushing effect and advantages over imported equipment in maintenance, sealing and price stability. After product entering the market, NMS conduct tracking analysis on the product’s application conditions, performance, and efficiency, etc. The result represents that various indicators achieve the level of imported equipment. Therefore, the equipment widely gets attention in the market and is successively put into use in many project sites.
