Introduction

Construction of the power station began in July 2022. The power station’s total installed capacity is 1.2 million kilowatts. The investment totals approximately 8 billion yuan. The power station mainly includes three major buildings: a lower and upper reservoir and a water transmission and power generation system. Among them, sand and gravel processing system in the lower reservoir is constructed and operated by Sinohydro Bureau 16 Co., Ltd. The raw materials are mainly granite and sandstone. The system can produce concrete aggregates in five specifications of 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 5-20mm, 20-40mm and 40-80mm or mixtures of multiple specifications as needed.

The sand and gravel processing system has a capacity of 320 TPH. The equipment used in this entire production line is provided by NMS, mainly including 1 jaw crusher, 2 vertical shaft crushers, 2 cone crushers, 7 circular vibrating screens, 1 linear screen, 2 sand washing machines, 1 grizzly feeder and 11 vibrating feeders. The processing system was put into operation in July 2023. So far, the equipment is in stable performance and over a hundred thousand tons of sand and gravel aggregates have continuously been transported for this project, providing a solid sand and gravel guarantee.
