Main Equipment: JC1200M jaw crusher, CC300S single cylinder cone crusher, 3YKR3075H screening machine, HPF1345M feeder, and two GZG130-4 vibrating feeders

Technological Process: The crude ores with particle size less than 700mm were fed by loading truck. The ores entered the coarse crushing workshop, transfer silo, screening workshop and intermediate-level crushing workshop successively. Two products were directly screened out in the screening workshop: 0-6 mm and 6-75 mm. The products with particle size exceeding 75 mm entered the  intermediate-level crushing workshop for closed circuit circulation.

About the Project

Located at Krumman, Northern Cape, South Africa, the project is the first one that NMS has  cooperated with a local enterprise there. The client chose us for our rich design experience and high-quality equipment.

The equipment by NMS was utilized in the entire production line of the project. The crude ores entered the coarse crushing workshop, transfer silo, screening workshop and intermediate crushing workshop successively, and produced 0-6 mm and 6-75 mm finished products in the screening workshop. The 6-75 mm finished lump ores had a large output and a good market price. After the operation of the equipment, the annual output would reach 1.8 million tons, which could create high profits for the client.
