The project processes raw materials primarily consisting of riverbed sand and gravel, infrastructure excavation materials, and quarrying materials. To handle different sources of raw materials, Nanchang Mineral Systems’ technical team meticulously designed a wet production process featuring “two-stage crushing and one closed-circuit shaping sand making.” This approach ensures the production line is compact, efficient, and occupies minimal space while maintaining a high level of automation, effectively controlling investment costs. The specially designed production flow not only ensures the stability of product quality but also allows for flexible adjustments to product compositions to swiftly respond to market changes, enhancing the client’s competitiveness. Additionally, the recommended crushing equipment is designed to operate at optimal load levels, which ensures efficient daily production and provides room for future capacity expansion.
The entire production line utilizes advanced equipment from Nanchang Mineral Systems, including the JC jaw crusher, MC multi-cylinder cone crusher, VS vertical shaft impact crusher, YKR circular vibrating screen, ZKR linear screen, WCD sand washer, and HPF bar feeder.
Raw materials enter the jaw crusher via the bar feeder for primary crushing. After multi-stage screening, larger particles are returned to the cone crusher for secondary crushing, while other materials are sent to the vertical shaft crusher for shaping sand treatment. After washing, the production yields 0-3.5mm manufactured sand, with the capability to also produce high-quality aggregates in sizes such as 5-16mm and 16-31.5mm, according to market demand.
