Introduction

“The prosperity of precious goods and the abundance of resources”, in the millennium old county named Baofeng by Emperor Huizong of the Song Dynasty, the 2000 t/h aggregates project of Dadi Baofeng Kunsheng Building Materials Co., Ltd., the first aggregates production line invested and constructed by Henan Dadi Cement Group, is located.     

In 2019, for the construction of Kunsheng phase I 2000 t/h project, Dadi Group selected 3 sets of impact crushers and 11 sets of vibration screens from NMS. The project was put into operation in May 2020. During the operation of phase I, NMS equipment operated stably, reached the capacity and met the standard, and the finished products were favored by the market. During the construction of phase II 2000 t/h project, Dadi Group directly re-selected the complete set of equipment from NMS, including 3 sets of impact crushers and 11sets of vibration screens. The customer is very satisfied with the equipment of phase I and phase II. NMS service personnel also regularly come to the site for guidance and give full technical support in construction, commissioning, trial operation and production of the project.

After phase I and II of the project were put into operation, in response to the national double carbon policy and to achieve the goal of energy conservation and consumption reduction, Dadi Group innovatively introduced a 300 MW photovoltaic power generation project, laying wasted mines and plant roofs, all the electricity generated was used for the production of cement plants, aggregates lines and sand-making lines under the group’s building materials sector. This is also the first project in the industry to combine photovoltaic clean energy with the aggregates industry. The estimated annual power generation of the project is 119.6 million kwh, which can save about 22900 tons of standard coal, reduce about 26.13 tons of sulfur dioxide and 65800 tons of carbon dioxide emissions for the country every year.
